Making Virginia Roads Safer With Automated Speed Enforcement

In July 2020, the Virginia legislature passed HB 1442 authorizing state and local law enforcement agencies to utilize automate speed enforcement as a means to increase public safety and prevent speed-related crashes in school zones and highway work zones in their localities.
